PETS: Please be sure to keep your pet on a hand-held leash at all times when outside of your
unit. It is the pet owner's responsibility to cleanup after their pet immediately, even during the
winter months.
ON-STREET PARKING: On-street parking is prohibited at all times. Vehicles must be parked in your driveway or garage. Homeowners are responsible for the actions of their family, guests, and tenants.
EXTERIOR CHANGES/IMPROVEMENTS: Please keep in mind, with the exception of planting flowers in the foundation area flower beds, all exterior changes must be submitted to Young's Property Management for prior, written Board approval which includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of windows, garage door, front entrance door,
installation or replacement of storm door, satellite dish, etc.
